Purchase of own shares

Camellia Plc ("the Company") announces that, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 6 June 2013, it purchased 19 of its Ordinary Shares of 10p on 27 June 2013 at a price of 8150 pence per share for cancellation.

This purchase of shares equates to 0.0006% of the Company's issued share capital and following the completion of the purchase the Company has 2,831,808 Ordinary Shares in issue.
