Purchase of own securities

On 21 November 2012, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc, 16,400 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £38.1756 per ordinary share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the Company has:

1. 14,876,463 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 719,158,550 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
