Transaction in Own Shares
and
Total Voting Rights
Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that on 1 July 2008 it made on market purchases into treasury of 275,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 30 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Walker Greenbank's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights consists of 59,006,162 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,690,093 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in, and the figure to be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in Walker Greenbank PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules, is 57,316,069 Ordinary Shares.
