D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that on 23 March 2020 it purchased ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury, pursuant to the share buy-back announced on 17 March 2020.

The above voting rights figure of 40,270,423 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
