On 10 July 2025, the Company purchased, for cancellation, 752,288 of its ordinary shares of £0.0005 each at a price of 116.17p per share.

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at the close of business on 10 July 2025 is 164,665,638 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each. The Company holds no shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 164,665,638.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
