Transaction in Own Shares

Arden announces that on 30 April 2013 it purchased 685,709 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Total Voting Rights

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 22,829,065 Ordinary Shares, of which 685,709 Ordinary Shares are now held in treasury, leaving a balance of 22,143,356 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (22,143,356 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
