The Company today announces that on 22 March 2017 it transferred 7,406 Ordinary Shares held in treasury to employees, following the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares, issued pursuant to EMI Share Options Scheme and the Employee Share Options 'A' Scheme. Following this transaction, the Company holds 3,399 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Pursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of D4t4 Solutions remains as 37,954,318 Ordinary Shares, with 3,399 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 37,950,919.

The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
