Transaction in own shares

Arden announces that today it sold 480,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares were out of the treasury.

Total Voting Rights

Following the above disposal, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 25,873,534 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,925,219 Ordinary Shares are now held in treasury, leaving a balance of 23,948,315 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (23,948,315 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
