Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L) ("Arden" or the "Company"), announces that on 25 July 2019 it purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 3,056,557 are held in treasury, leaving a balance of 30,322,378 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (30,322,378 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
