Transaction in Own Shares

Arden announces that on 2 November 2012 it purchased 788,601 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Total Voting Rights

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 25,005,594 Ordinary Shares, of which 2,301,529 Ordinary Shares are now held in treasury, leaving a balance of 22,704,065 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (22,704,065 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FSA's disclosure and Transparency rules.
