Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
Pollen Street Secured Lending plc ("PSSL" or the "Company") announces that on 15 October 2020 it purchased 5,000 of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 859.8 pence per Ordinary Share, with the highest price paid being 863.0 pence per Ordinary Share and the lowest price being 856.0 pence per Ordinary Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company now has 86,306,803 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 12,780,992 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 73,525,811.
