Transaction in Own Shares

Arden announces that on October 30th and 31st, 2013 it purchased a total of 661,087 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Total Voting Rights

Following the above purchases, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 22,959,065 Ordinary Shares, of which 661,087 Ordinary Shares are now held in treasury, leaving a balance of 22,297,978 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (22,297,978 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
