Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("the Company") announces that on 25 October 2017, it purchased for cancellation 1,576,250 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR 0.1675 per share.

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 144,946,017.

The above number of 144,946,017 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
