Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
Pollen Street Secured Lending plc ("PSSL" or the "Company") announces that on 03 December 2019 it purchased 5,000 of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 825.0 pence per Ordinary Share, with the highest price paid being 826.0 pence per Ordinary Share and the lowest price being 824.0 pence per Ordinary Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company now has 86,306,803 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 11,822,634 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 74,484,169.
