Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L) ("Arden" or the "Company"), announces that on 21 August 2019 it purchased a total of 833,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 4,304,724 are held in treasury, leaving a balance of 29,074,211 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (29,074,211 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
