Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
Numis announces that today, 21 December 2021, it purchased 80,000 (0.07%) Numis ordinary shares into Treasury. The shares were purchased at a price of £3.30 each.
As a result of the above, the total number of Numis shares held in Treasury is 10,781,088 (9.44%), the number of ordinary shares is 125,038,536 and the total number of voting rights in the company is 114,257,448 which is the number which may be used by the shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
