Transaction in Own Shares

Arden announces that on April 21st 2016 it transferred 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of Treasury to satisfy the exercise of staff options.

Total Voting Rights

As a result of the above transaction, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 20,628,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 355,976 are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 20,272,959 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (20,272,959 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
