Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
Pollen Street Secured Lending plc ("PSSL" or the "Company") announces that on 26 August 2020 it purchased 5,000 of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") with the price paid for all shares being 826.0 pence per Ordinary Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company now has 86,306,803 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 12,607,958 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 73,698,845.
