Transaction in Own Shares

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L) announces that on October 26th, 2016 it purchased a total of 760,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Total Voting Rights

As a result of the above transaction, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 20,628,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,115,976 are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 19,512,959 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (19,512,959) Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
