Transaction in own shares
iomart Group plc, the managed hosting company, announces that, pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 29 September 2008 to make market purchases of its own shares, the Company has on 8 January 2008 made market purchases of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 21 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
