Transaction in Own Shares - Amendment

The following amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 7 October 2020 at 17:07 under RNS No 4298B

The below announcement has been corrected to confirm that 15,054,895 shares are held in treasury and for reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should use the figure of 14,666,783 (not 14,666,774) when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.

All other details remain unchanged.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that today it has purchased 9,071 of its Ordinary shares at 192 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 29,721,678 Ordinary shares, of which 15,054,895 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure 14,666,783 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
