Further to the announcements that it made to the market on 4 February 2013, 5 February 2013, 6 February 2013 and 8 February 2013 in respect of the shares it purchased for cancellation, Compass Group PLC wishes to make the following amendments:
On 4th February 2013, the price paid for the shares purchased for cancellation was 775.3300p
On 5th February 2013, the price paid for the shares purchased for cancellation was 770.4000p
On 6th February 2013, the price paid for the shares purchased for cancellation was 769.0000p
On 8th February 2013, the price paid for the shares purchased for cancellation was 777.8100p
