London Security PLC10 January 2005 LONDON SECURITY PLC (the "Company") 10 JANUARY 2005 PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES London Security plc announces that on 6 January 2005 the Company purchased forcancellation 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 1380 pence pershare, and a further 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of1381.15 pence per share in a separate transaction.
