On 12 September 2008, ITE acquired 500,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 147.3689p per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.
Following the purchase, ITE holds 3,175,000 of its ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 250,178,487 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue.
