Transaction in Own Shares
The Board of Water Intelligence plc (AIM:WATR) announces that on 18 January 2017, it purchased 21,222 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 95 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same day the Company sold 21,222 Ordinary Shares to a third party at 95 pence per share.
Following this transaction, the Company's total issued share capital remains unchanged at 12,073,833 Ordinary Shares of which 73,600 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding Treasury shares will therefore be 12,000,233.
