LMS Capital plc ("the Company") today purchased 100,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The purchase price for each share was £0.46. The shares will be cancelled by the Company.
Following the purchase and cancellation of these ordinary shares, the total number of voting rights is 272,640,952.
