Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 18 December 2014, it purchased 100,000 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 85.5pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 60,750,032 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
