Transaction in Own Shares

Robert Walters PLC (the "Company") announces that on the 24 September 2010 it purchased 425,825 shares to be held in treasury at an average price of 232.97 pence per share. This represents 0.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, 8,922,900 shares are held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in Robert Walters PLC is 76,370,221 shares.
