Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC18 December 2007 Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC Transaction in own shares Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('the Company') announces that on 17 December 2007 itpurchased 534,912 ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of EUR0.760 per share. It also bought back 24,656 ordinary shares for cancellation atan average price of EUR 0.793 per share on 30 November 2007. Following the above purchases, the Company has now bought back 77,757,562ordinary shares for cancellation since 11 July 2007 when the buy back programmecommenced. Following the cancellation of these shares the company will have634,499,861 ordinary shares in issue.
