Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 175,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 189.90p, the lowest price paid was 185.90p and the average price paid was 189.3629p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 48,777,833 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,105,749,792 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
