Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 190,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 226.60p, the lowest price paid was 222.70p and the average price paid was 223.9309p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 2,906,530 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,151,621,095 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
