Transaction in own shares

Penna Consulting Plc, the international human resources consulting group, announces that pursuant to the authorities granted at the Company's AGM held on 25 September 2014, it has purchased 262,676 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 130p per share.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Upon settlement of the above transaction, the Company will have a total of 407,322 Ordinary 5p shares as treasury shares and a total of 25,667,782 Ordinary 5p shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).

The above figure of 25,667,782 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Penna under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
