Share repurchase
Elektron, the AIM quoted components group, announces that on 17 June 2008 the Company acquired 550,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 13.66p per Ordinary Share through the market.
Following this transaction, the repurchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM. Accordingly, the reduced issued share capital admitted to trading to AIM will amount to 86,076,003 Ordinary Shares.
