JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc purchased 30,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 976.7297 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 30,979,744 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 68,494,107. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
