Transactions in own shares

Cello Group plc (the "Company') announces that on 11 October 2013, following the exercise of employee options under various employee share option schemes, it purchased 72,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 62p per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

The Company now holds a total of 453,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury, representing 0.54 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
