Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 650,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 207.20p, the lowest price paid was 205.20p and the average price paid was 206.6165p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 24,652,569 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,129,875,056 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
