Emblaze Ltd. (the "Company") Transaction in own Shares
Ra'anana, Israel, 18 December 2008: The Company announces that on 18 December 2008 it purchased 63,800 of its ordinary shares at a price of 24.5 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 28,859,722 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 111,718,432.
