SHARE REPURCHASE
Capita Group plc announces that it purchased 396,315 ordinary shares in the Company on 10 October 2008 at a price of 597.484p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 396,315 shares in Treasury and has 617,306,550 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
