Caledonia Investments PLC31 March 2008 Caledonia Investments plc 31 March 2008 Caledonia Investments plc - Transactions in Own Shares Caledonia Investments plc (the "Company") announces that it has today given anirrevocable instruction to JPMorgan Cazenove to purchase its ordinary sharesunder the authority to purchase shares approved by shareholders on 19 July 2007. Any shares purchased will be held in treasury. The instruction is valid from 1 April 2008 until 28 May 2008, being the closeperiod prior to the announcement of the Company's full year results for the yearending 31 March 2008 on 29 May 2008. Any purchases will be effected within certain pre-set parameters and inaccordance with both the Company's general authority to purchase its shares andChapter 12 of the Listing Rules and any trading decisions made by JPMorganCazenove independently of, and uninfluenced by, the Company.
