The Company announces that on 10 May 2017, it purchased 279,247 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital at a price of 145 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 100,094,864 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
