27 July 2007 Rightmove plc Share buy-back programme Rightmove plc - Transaction in own shares
Rightmove plc ("Rightmove"), the UK's no. 1 property website, announces that on 26 July 2007 it purchased 161,872 of its 1p ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price paid per share of 595.5p. The highest price paid per share was 604.07p and the lowest price paid per share was 579.0p. Rightmove purchased these shares via Numis Securities Limited.
Rightmove has purchased, to date, 1,718,838 of its own shares since announcing a share buy-back programme on 8 June 2007. The shares purchased have been transferred into treasury. Following the above purchase, Rightmove holds 1,718,838 shares in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) at the date of this announcement is 130,970,523.
