The Company has today purchased 7,953 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 958.30 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 9,975,006. Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 28,177,812.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
