Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 62,335 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 956.57 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,700,524 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 26,886,394.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 97.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 10,645,534 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 73,575,705

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
