Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 260,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 232.90p, the lowest price paid was 229.70p and the average price paid was 231.2017p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 13,309,214 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,141,218,411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
