Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 379,935 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 213.30p, the lowest price paid was 211.50p and the average price paid was 212.3591p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 28,341,964 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,126,185,661 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
