Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
Transaction in own shares
In accordance with paragraph 12.6.4 R of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has made the following transfers of ordinary shares out of treasury:
1. 16,771 ordinary shares of 1 pence each were today transferred out of treasury to participants in its
Dunelm Group Savings Related Share Option Plan.
2. The highest price paid for a share was £1.53
3. The lowest price paid for a share was £1.53.
4. Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 268,730
ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares.
5. The total number of shares in issue excluding treasury shares is 200,522,670.
Total voting rights
In conformity with R 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that following the transfer of shares out of treasury referred to above, the Company's issued ordinary share capital excluding treasury shares is 200,522,670 with voting rights. There are 268,730 ordinary shares in treasury. The issued share capital above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
