Liontrust, the independent fund management group, announces that in accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 27 November 2025, that it has purchased 26,867 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 237.50 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 61,829,134 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 61,829,134.
