Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 412,342 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 173.50p, the lowest price paid was 171.70p and the average price paid was 172.8820p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 61,245,570 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,093,282,055 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
