Purchase of own securities

Further to the Share Buyback announcement made by the Company on 8 April 2014, the Company announces that on 14 April 2014 it purchased 330,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 160.5 pence per ordinary share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 500,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of Company shares in issue is 13,298,642 (excluding shares to be held in treasury). This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
