IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 August 2023, as announced on 2 August 2023:

Highest price paid per share:

628.00p

Lowest price paid per share:             

616.50p

Volume weighted average price paid per share:

622.80p

 

IG Group intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 394,563,780.

 

Since 2 August 2023, IG Group has purchased 10,546,255 shares at a cost of £70,036,389.55 (excluding fees and taxes).
